Maxine Turner achieved 2 Firsts, a Second and a Third place at October’s Area 32 Conference speech contests, becoming our representative competitor for the International Speech and Table Topics at the Northern Division Conference, being held in Townsville on Saturday 19th March.
Kaj Haffenden won the Evaluations contest at Area 32 level and becomes our Club’s second competitor at the Northern Division level.
Congratulations to both of our Club Members! If YOU can make it to the Conference in Townsville on Saturday 19th March, not only will you be entertained and inspired, but you’ll also be supporting our two talented members. We’re hoping they’ll make it to the next level of competitions!
